Besides being a female MMA champion, Miesha is known for her self-defense training for victims, but she is most known for her “take down” techniques.
In this seminar she embellishes on these skills for all fitness and ability levels so they can be used in the cage or for your general safety. Regardless of how proficient your striking skills may be, there is always a very strong possibility that your fight will go to the ground. So whether you are preparing for a fight or just learning basic skills to unhinge an assailant, Miesha will show you how to take down your opponent with ease.
This seminar includes your full participation in hands-on technique and grappling sessions with mixed partners. Full training gear is required to participate.

About Miesha Tate
Miesha is a professional female mixed martial artist, currently training out of the Shamrock MMA studios in San Jose, CA. She is a current Strikeforce fighter, look for her next fight coming this year.
