MMA legend Dan Henderson looks forward to the opportunity of fighting champion Jon Jones later this year, noting that many fans don’t seem to like the young and rather cocky champion.
Jones has a flashy standup style, but Hendo will look to get in his face and try to test Jones’ chin during their championship fight. Jones has the better all around skill set, and is still learning to perfect his craft, while Hendo is a longtime MMA veteran.
In a battle between the old guard and new generation, it should be interesting to see who can prevail.
Jones vs. Hendo will be the main event of UFC 151 in September at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
