This training is for teachers, specialized educators, school counselors, and administrators.

Additionally mental health providers social workers, psychologists, juvenile and residential care workers, behavior interventionists, student advocates and  other specialized educators. There are no prerequisites.

The cost is $1,000/yr for an organization license (single site - all staff) or $247/yr for an individual license (one person).

Included in the price are several intervention tools and games that are used in the SQUABBLES® Conflict Resolution System.

At the completion of this training, you will be able to:

• Teach students how to apply the common-sense wisdom of the Golden Rule to break free of the bully-victim cycle.

• Promote the resilience, emotional maturity, and independence that will equip students for facing life’s challenges.

• Teach students how to handle the broad variety of social challenges they typically encounter, such as verbal bullying, cyberbullying, rumors, social exclusion, relational aggression, physical aggression, and intimidation by adults.

• Teach school staff simple approaches for reducing aggression among students while enhancing their self-regulation and coping skills.

• Replace the prevalent, ineffective and time-consuming legalistic approach to bullying with a more effective and efficient psychological/educational approach.

• Teach students to solve interpersonal problems on their own.

• Manage parents’ anger triggered by their child’s social problems and get buy-in to try a more resilient approach to solve the problem.
